Ertl Road star party

sunset 4:33pm, CT 5:03pm, NT 5:38pm, AT 6:12pm, Saturn crosses the meridian at 6:53pm, highest in the sky at 33° above horizon. Jupiter rises at 4:18pm, crosses the meridian at 11:10pm, highest in the sky at 59° above horizon.

Orion rises by 9pm. Setting in the east at 6pm: Sagittarius, Ophiuchus, Bootes. Crossing the meridian at 6pm: Capricornus, Aquarius, Cygnus, Cepheus. Rising in the east at 6pm: Cetus, Taurus, Auriga, Perseus.

Ertl Road coordinates, take right turn at intersection, follow road to the turnaround where we set up.
